About the Experience
What can I experience at the Sang Kancil LBVR ?
In the Enchanted Forest, you’ll join Sang Kancil on her journey home - guiding and helping him along the way, while sharing this magical adventure with your family and friends.
Can I talk to other players during the experience?
Yes, you can communicate with other players in real time - just like you would while exploring a physical space together.
How long does the experience last?
The full experience takes around 40 - 45 minutes, including on-boarding briefing, setup, and the immersive journey itself.
Is the environment interactive?
Yes. You’ll see your own hands, interact with objects, and respond to live events in the story. Some scenes may even react differently depending on what you do.
Can I wear glasses/hat with the VR headset?
Most glasses fit comfortably under our headsets. If possible, wear smaller frames for the best fit. Avoid wearing a hat and leave it at the lockers to ensure a comfortable experience.
How do I interact with and explore the virtual world?
The experience is fully interactive and free-roam. You physically walk around the play area, there are instructions for you to discover the environment, solve challenges, and interact with objects.
Can I take photos or videos in the play area?
Recording and Photo is not encouraged inside the play area to maximize the experience, but you’re welcome to take photos in the boarding station and waiting area before and after your session. Our team can help you capture post-experience photos!
How many people can play together?
Up to 5 players per session can explore together - sharing the same virtual world and seeing each other in the experience.
II. Language and Assistance
What language is used to guide in the virtual experience?
The main narration, audio guides, and on-screen instructions are available in English.
Will there be someone to guide me for the whole experience?
Yes. Our on-site staff will help you during onboarding, fitting your headset, and explaining how to move safely. Inside the virtual world, the Nymph and visual cues will lead you through the journey step by step.
III. At Event Venue and Access
How can I get the best out of my session?
Arrive 15 early for a smooth start.
Listen carefully to the onboarding briefing.
Move naturally and explore, you can walk, turn, and interact with the environment.
Enjoy together with your team.
Is there a place to store my belongings?
Yes. We provide lockers for your bags, phones, and other personal items before the session begins.
How can I get to the event venue?

Is it wheelchair accessible? (In case we need)
Yes. The venue and experience are designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Please inform our team when booking so we can assist accordingly.
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place entirely indoors in a climate-controlled venue.
Can I bring food or drinks into the experience?
No. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the play area to keep the environment safe and clean for all participants.
Can I sit during the experience?
The experience is designed for active movement and exploration, so participants are generally required to remain standing and walk throughout. However, guests with mobility needs or who use a wheelchair are welcome - our team will make necessary adjustments to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
IV. Health Concerns
What if I feel dizzy or need to stop?
Some participants may experience mild motion sickness or discomfort if using the headset for an extended time. If you ever feel unwell, dizzy, or need a break, simply raise your hand or notify a staff member, they will assist you immediately and help you step out safely.
Is the experience suitable for everyone?
The experience is designed for all ages but recommended for ages 11+. If you have motion sensitivity or certain medical conditions, please check with staff before joining.
Are there any health conditions that might prevent me from joining?
Guests with serious medical conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy, severe motion sickness, or sensitivity to flashing lights are advised not to participate. Please consult your doctor if you’re unsure.
Can I wear glasses or contact lenses?
Yes, most glasses fit under our VR headset. Contact lenses are recommended for the best fit and clarity, but not required.
Is the equipment cleaned between sessions?
Yes. All headsets, straps, and accessories are thoroughly sanitized after every session to ensure hygiene and safety for all guests.
V. About Ticket
Do I need to purchase a ticket for the experience?
There is no charge to take part in the experience. However, you are advised to pre-register your preferred time slots in advance to avoid disappointment as each session has limited capacity. Walk-ins are allowed but is dependent on availability as each session has limited capacity. Priority will be given to pre-registered participants.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Unfortunately, we do not support cancellation. Please refer to our ticketing policy for rescheduling. Contact email for assistance. (recommendation)
What if I arrive late for my session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable after the cut-off time stated in our policy. However, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability — please reach out to our team for help.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, bookings are transferable if the new participant meets all age, height, and health requirements. Please notify our staff at check-in for verification.
